the process was without problems. the workers came, did there job working from the time they arrived until they left. it is hard to believe that a bathroom as beautiful as this one can be done so quickly. thank you for all you have done for me to make my bathroom what it is today. thank you

Rome Bath came through on their word. Ned and Shawn were friendly , courteous, and tidy. They transformed our old bath/shower into a beautiful walk in shower. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was really impressed by the extremely professional and detail oriented installers. It took literally a few hours to replace my bathtub with a walking shower.
When I changed my mind about the seat a couple of days before the installation, the customer service representative was extremely understanding and helpful and updated my order. And when in the middle of the installation, I decided to add a foot rest and called the office, they were again so helpful and accommodating, I was blown away.
I only regret that I didn't get it done years ago.
Thank you!!!

Replaced a tub/shower with acrylic walk in shower. Work was completed within promised time and as specified in contract agreement. Time was taken to explain the process as the project progressed. Dallas, Thaddeus and Preston were careful to protect the premises and to fully return them to their original cleanliness. We are fully satisfied with the quality of workmanship and installation of the project and highly recommend Rome Bath for any remodeling needs.
